1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of this website and any Umrah travel services purchased from Perfect Umrah and Travels Limited, trading as Perfect Umrah USA for pilgrims travelling from the USA. By using this site, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Legal Identity

Perfect Umrah and Travels Limited is a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No: 16226457). Registered Office: 25 Gervase Close, Wembley, London, HA9 9EH, United Kingdom. Operational Branch: 13 Station Road, London, SE25 5AH, United Kingdom.

3. Not a Government Agency

Perfect Umrah and Travels Limited is an independent private travel consultancy. We are not a government agency, embassy, consulate, or the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. Visa processing assistance is offered for a transparent service fee; you may also apply directly through official government channels at a lower cost or free of charge.

4. State Availability

Some US states require an in-state "Seller of Travel" registration or bond before we may offer services to their residents. We are not currently accepting bookings from residents of California, Florida, Washington, Hawaii, or Iowa. This list may change as our state registrations are updated — please contact us to confirm current availability for your state before booking.

5. Pricing

Prices shown on this website are indicative, land-only starting prices per person in USD, subject to live hotel availability and travel dates. A binding contract is only formed once our team manually confirms an itemized quote and you accept it. Final quotes may include Saudi government visa fees, insurance and optional flights, all disclosed before payment.

6. Financial Protection (ATOL)

Flight-inclusive packages arranged via our UK sub-agency with Times Travel Ltd are protected under the UK CAA's ATOL scheme (ATOL No. 74904). Land-only packages (hotels and ground services only, no flights) are not ATOL protected. We will always confirm what protection applies to your specific booking before you pay.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for changes to foreign government entry requirements, visa delays, airline schedule changes, or third-party accommodation issues beyond our control. We strongly recommend all pilgrims purchase independent travel insurance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
