Perfect Umrah and Travels Limited, trading as Perfect Umrah USA, is an independent private travel consultancy registered in England and Wales (Company No: 16226457). We are not a government agency, embassy, consulate, or affiliated with the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the US Department of State, or any other government body in the United States, United Kingdom, Pakistan, or Saudi Arabia.

2. Structure & Operations Disclosure

This website serves pilgrims travelling from the United States, but our company is UK-registered, with ground-services operations coordinated by our Pakistan-registered, IATA-accredited entity (Perfect Umrah and Travels (SMC-Private) Limited, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), IATA No. 27350050). We do not currently maintain a physical office in the United States. Reviews, ratings and testimonials referenced on this site were collected for the same company management, ground-services network and hotel partners that serve our UK and Pakistan pilgrims — this is a fair and accurate reflection of the service US pilgrims can expect, though they are not exclusively USA-sourced reviews.

3. State Seller-of-Travel Registration Disclosure

Several US states require a travel seller to hold an in-state "Seller of Travel" registration or bond before offering services to their residents. We are not currently registered in every US state. We are not currently accepting bookings from residents of California, Florida, Washington, Hawaii, or Iowa. This restriction may be updated as our state registrations change; please contact us if you are unsure whether we can currently serve your state of residence.

4. Pricing Disclosure

All prices shown are indicative, land-only starting prices per person in USD, subject to travel dates and hotel availability. They do not include international flights, Saudi government visa fees, or travel insurance unless explicitly stated. A fully itemized quote is confirmed with you individually before any payment is taken.

5. Visa Services Disclosure

Our visa processing assistance is a paid administrative service. You are free to apply for an Umrah visa directly through official Saudi government channels (e.g. the Nusuk platform) at a lower cost or free of charge.

6. Flight Protection Disclosure

Flight-inclusive bookings arranged via our UK ATOL principal (Times Travel Ltd, ATOL No. 74904) are protected under the UK Civil Aviation Authority's ATOL scheme. This protection does not extend to land-only, hotel-only, or ground-service-only bookings.

7. Compliance

This disclosure is provided in the interest of full transparency in line with Google Ads advertising policies and general US consumer-protection principles on truthful, non-misleading advertising.
